How we handle your information.

This notice explains how EIL Global Ltd (“EIL”, “we”), which trades as EIL (Experts In Luxury), Luxury Executive and Luxury Recruit, uses the information you give us through this website. EIL Global Ltd is the controller of that information. It is registered in England and Wales with company number 14287490.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we receive your name, email address, organisation, the nature of your enquiry and your message. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking on this site.

Why we use it

We use these details to reply to you and, where you ask us to, to discuss a mandate, an engagement or a partnership. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Who sees it

Your enquiry is read by senior members of EIL. Our website and form are hosted by Netlify, which processes the information on our behalf. Where information is transferred outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. The enquiry form uses Google reCAPTCHA to check that messages come from people rather than automated programs; Google’s privacy policy applies to that check. We never sell your information or share it for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months unless they lead to a continuing relationship, in which case our terms of business apply.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, object to our use of it, or ask us to restrict it. Write to compliance@expertsinluxury.com. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Candidates

If you are a candidate, the privacy notice of the relevant practice applies when you register with Luxury Recruit or Luxury Executive.
